Daryl began his career in freight forwarding in 2005, quickly developing a strong understanding of international logistics across multiple transport modes.
Throughout his career he has specialised in sea freight, global trade lane development, and supply chain optimisation, working for several leading logistics providers. His expertise has been recognised within the industry, having been a finalist in the British International Freight Association (BIFA) Young Freight Forwarder Award.
As his career progressed into senior management, Daryl developed a passion for mentoring future talent, successfully coaching a winner of the BIFA Young Freight Forwarder Award.
His experience spans international sea, air, road, and rail freight, supported by qualifications in Quality Management and pharmaceutical logistics. Daryl is passionate about delivering cost-effective supply chain solutions whilst developing trusted supplier relationships that fully comply with industry regulations and customer requirements.

Simon brings over 25 years of experience within the freight forwarding industry, having built an extensive network of global contacts and a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
His career has included senior roles within multinational logistics organisations, start-up businesses, and the rapidly growing eCommerce sector, giving him a broad commercial understanding of today’s supply chain challenges.
Simon possesses comprehensive knowledge of global import and export operations across air, sea, road, and rail freight.
